Park Street Recreation Ground (PSRG) From 1st April 2008 this ground was leased to the Parish Council on a 50 year lease by St Albans District Council. There is a lot of work, some of which has already been started, to be done at here. This will involved not only the council but those organisations that use the ground and hopefully members of the public who are interested in maintaining it as a place for sport and for leisure and relaxation. See details of the PSRG Committee. The recreation ground comprises of a sports pavilion, football pitches, a cricket table and childrens play area. The Council has published a document entitled ‘Plans and Aspirations’, which covers, short, medium and long term aims. This document is available for you to read in hard copy format as well as on the link by clicking here. For hiring the sports pitches or the grounds you need to contact the Grounds Staff.
