Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

During the Coronavirus crisis Council meetings are still going ahead, but are no longer being held face to face, instead we will be using https://zoom.us

Members of the press and public are invited to join. Each meeting will have a unique ID that can be found on the top of the meeting agenda.

We ask that you contact the Clerk by phone on 01923 681443 or email clerk@ststephenparishcouncil.gov.uk if you wish to speak during the public participation section.

The Council has six main committees with delegated functions and responsibilities. Membership of the Council’s Committees is shown on this pdf Committee make-up 2020-21

Members of the public and the press are welcome to attend the meetings which start at 7.30pm and are held in the Council Chamber, St Stephen Parish Centre, Station Road, Bricket Wood, St Albans, AL2 3PJ (unless otherwise indicated).

The Council Chamber is situated on the first floor of the Parish Centre and is accessible by stairs. If you would like to attend a meeting but will have difficulty accessing the chamber due to a disability please contact the Clerk in advance so that arrangements can be made to accommodate you.
